  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed. Customers will be informed accordingly.

  • We deliver products across India using reliable courier and logistics partners.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout.

  • Any additional charges such as COD fees (if available) will be communicated before order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please share clear images or videos of the product for verification.

Non-Delivery or Delayed Delivery

  • Venus Aura is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  • In case the courier partner is unable to deliver the order after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Orders are delivered only within India.
